Local Delivery (in London, Ontario): We are pleased to provide you with our local delivery option for residents of London, Ontario, Canada. Curbside Pickup: In Stock items are available for in-store or curbside pickup with our Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and then complete your purchase. Within an hour you will receive a notification (during regular business hours) that your order is ready to be picked up. Service/Repair: We will continue to service and repair your gear. We are also available for guitar setups. Please contact us either by calling the store, or email repairs@musiccitycanada.com to schedule a drop-off appointment.

Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on most orders over $99 within Canada. International rates will be estimated at checkout. (see below for exclusions)
Local Delivery - Music City Canada provides local delivery within 20Km of the London Ontario store location to better support our Music City Family Members in the fastest and most efficient way we know how. Please be sure to provide your cell number during checkout. The driver will text message your cell number to confirm you are at the delivery address listed on the order. If the driver cannot reach out they may decide to delay delivery until they confirm you are at the location. Local delivery attempts, once confirmed by text are only made once at no charge. A missed delivery can be picked up at the store or curbside at the warehouse. If you enjoy this local delivery service, please let us and everyone know by leaving us a google and/or facebook review.
Online Return Policy:
Regular stock items may be exchanged once or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Items that are final sale and not subject to return are any Special Order items, Used items, Consignment items, Computer Software, products that have software with them that has been registered, Harmonicas, Earplugs & any items that are inserted into your ears such as in-ear monitors or earbuds.
Used, non-consignment items carry a 30 day defect warranty.
All online returns & exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the condition of the item & packaging returned. If packaging is missing or packaging & item(s) are heavily damaged the restocking charge could increase or a return could be unavailable.
If your shipment included free shipping, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless otherwise approved by Music City Canada staff in which case a shipping label on our account will be provided. Shipments shipped back collect will be refused.
Guidelines:
All items have to be carefully re-boxed as they arrived and need to be boxed in a box and cannot be returned in the colored packaging unless that is how it was originally shipped. Items are returned to:

Overview of Alesis Command Mesh Kit - 8-Piece Electronic Drum Kit w/ Mesh Heads
Product Details:
The Command Mesh Kit features all mesh-head pads that deliver an authentic drumming experience. This kit includes an 8"mesh kick with pedal, a 10" dual-zone mesh snare drum, and three 8" dual-zone mesh toms. The set also features a 10" ride cymbal with choke, a 10" crash with choke, and a 10" hi-hat with foot pedal. The included Command Advanced Drum Module features 74 drum kits (54 preset, 20 user) with 671 sounds. You can build a custom kit from your own sounds by loading them via a USB thumb drive. Plus, with 60 play-along tracks and a built-in performance recorder, you'll have an endless source of fun and creativity. All of this mounts to a premium 4-post chrome rack with non-slip clamps, providing a durable foundation that is easy to set up and move.
The included Command Drum Module features 70 drum kits (50 factory + 20 user) with over 600 sounds and 60 play-along tracks built-in. To further sharpen your skill, there’s a built-in metronome and 1/8-inch input for playing along with your mobile device, so you’ll be ready for the studio or stage. There is also a stereo pair of 1/4-inch outputs, headphone output, and a USB-MIDI output for triggering your favorite virtual instrument plugins.
The Command Drum Module also features a USB memory stick input. You can use this input to load your own .WAV samples for the ultimate flexibility. Once the .WAV samples are loaded, you can easily assign these to any zone of any pad on the Command Kit. The sonic possibilities are endless! You can also load in .WAV files of play-along tracks using this input.
