Fender badged 12\" speaker. Fully tested and sounds absolutely fantastic! From the esthetic side, the amp is quite clean and neat for an item that has seen a gig or two., No rips or stains in the woven grill cloth, but there is a few quite small and scattered stains in tweed covering itself. All of which point to an amp that has been used but in no way abused. In any case, have a good look at the posted pictures and judge for yourself as to overall esthetic's.
