Local Delivery (in London, Ontario): We are pleased to provide you with our same-day local delivery option for residents of London, Ontario, Canada. Curbside Pickup: In Stock items are available for in-store or curbside pickup with our Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and then complete your purchase. Within an hour you will receive a notification (during regular business hours) that your order is ready to be picked up. Service/Repair: We will continue to service and repair your gear. We are also available for guitar setups. Please contact us either by calling the store, or email repairs@musiccitycanada.com to schedule a drop-off appointment.
Rentals: If you are in need of rental equipment, rest assured we can help you out! Come on in to see us or call the store today to book your rental. Pickup is available, or we also offer delivery services for all rental gear. Contact us today for full details!
Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. International rates will be estimated at checkout. (see below for exclusions)
Same-Day Local Delivery - We offer same-day local delivery within the London, Ontario area. Minimum $20 order for this service. Delivery can be worked out for "out of town" addresses. We'll contact you after you've placed your order with any issues.
Online Return Policy:
Regular stock items may be exchanged once or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Items that are final sale and not subject to return are any Special Order items, Used items, Consignment items, Computer Software, products that have software with them that has been registered, Harmonicas, Earplugs & any items that are inserted into your ears such as in-ear monitors or earbuds.
Used, non-consignment items carry a 30 day defect warranty.
All online returns & exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the condition of the item & packaging returned. If packaging is missing or packaging & item(s) are heavily damaged the restocking charge could increase or a return could be unavailable.
If your shipment included free shipping, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless otherwise approved by Music City Canada staff in which case a shipping label on our account will be provided. Shipments shipped back collect will be refused.
Guidelines:
All items have to be carefully re-boxed as they arrived and need to be boxed in a box and cannot be returned in the colored packaging unless that is how it was originally shipped. Items are returned to:

Overview of Alvarez DELTA00/TSB - 14 Fret Parlor Guitar in Tobacco Sunburst Gloss
The Alvarez Artist Blues Series delivers genre specific instruments to capture the very essence of American music history. Body shapes, bracings and constructions were carefully considered before opening molds for our body shapes and finalizing specifications. Alvarez Blues guitars have a vintage vibe all the way with a small rectangle bridge, V profile neck, 2 ¼” string spacing and back shifted bracing to make these smaller bodied guitars feel and sound just right. Tonally they deliver the compressed bluesy bark expected from such a design but the refined back shifted, scalloped bracing adds more openness for a slightly more modern style projection. The Delta 00 has a 14th fret neck join to the body, grained ivoroid binding and a perfect vintage burst. It’s a responsive guitar and although suited more towards finger style it can handle open chord strumming in its stride.Music City Canada is an authorized reseller for Alvarez products.
