CP6SSDC is one of 2017 Limited Edition models, along with LTD 2017 Magome, CP5D OAD, and several others. Like the rest of the lineup, this gorgeous dreadnought sports only the finest tonewoods, hardware, and electronics Takamine has to offer at the moment. CP6SSDC is a slope-shoulder dreadnought guitar, made in the finest "Americana" tradition. It offers the vintage design reminiscent of the 1950`s/1960`s acoustics built in the States. Combined solid/laminated construction and Takamine electronics grant the players exceptionally versatile tone, unparalleled playability, and great ergonomics. Gloss Cherry Sunburst (w/chrome hardware, tigerstripe pickguard, white binding) is the only available color option. Core construction features include sapele back & sides, solid Adirondack spruce top, glued-in mahogany neck, 21-fret ebony fingerboard, a fixed bridge (w/split saddle), and CTP3 preamp system.
