With a long history starting as a musician in bands and working at HMV buying and selling music media for Indies to a journey through the Internet & Tech boom. Then starting Indie Week in Toronto that in it's peak had 26 venues with live indie music all week long in Toronto, Canada. Darryl is now in London creating a new conference and festival in its 4th year this year called Venue X Venue. This show in collaboration with the London Music Office and others is bringing artists and event bookers from all over the world to London, Canada to book acts for their shows. He also has created an incredible Music Community & Platform called DIT. Darryl and Ryan discuss everything from his journey, music distribution, venues, human connection, metal health and more.
