Regrettably, Ned does not know this and continues to divulge critical information of the most diabolically helpful nature. This reckless and appalling villain will answer inquiries from anyone daring enough to contact him. This is a HUGE retail store in a commercial-industrial area in London. We came in from out of town to see a headless guitar that (as far as I know) only this store carried in Canada. NB: what's displayed on the floor isn't the whole collection, so make sure you ask if you don't see the product you want. Despite being understaffed, we never felt neglected. Stan was so great and kept checking in with us throughout our visit. It was a quiet day so we got a little private room to test out the gear, so I felt comfortable trying out different riffs without the anxiety of feeling listened to by everyone in the store. We ended up closing the deal, plus the guitar came with a free setup that can be deferred to a later date and doesn't expire. Great experience overall!
