Derek has been in the industry as a live touring drummer since the mid 80’s with stops in Canada, US, Panama, Cuba, Mexico, Grand Caymans, Aruba, Haiti and Brazil. He has worked for top flight Tribute acts worldwide is a busy on-call session drummer and has worked with Royal Caribbean on cruise lines. In 2013-2014  Derek landed a spot in New York City as a performer/drummer for the Blue Man Group.
