Derek
Derek has been in the industry as a live touring drummer since the mid 80’s with stops worldwide. He has worked for top flight Tribute acts worldwide is a busy on-call session drummer and has worked with Royal Caribbean on cruise lines. In 2013-2014 Derek landed a spot in New York City as a performer/drummer for the Blue Man Group.

Specializing in new, custom and vintage drums, percussion and accessories, Music City Drums is a players shop and is a truly unique drum experience. We are passionate about drums and know that the players that shop at our store are too. So come in, hang out, talk stories and get hands on with some great drums. Sharing tips, tricks and road stories is not only welcomed, but encouraged.
