I find it too intimidating to go in-store to any music shop as the music-hack that I am (I just like to play around, not a musician by any means) and am glad to have found Music City.
Online shopping was a breeze. My in-stock item order arrived quickly and very well packaged. The product was also brand new as described, fresh out-of-the-box 👍👍
I'm also happy to say that Music City customer service folks answer the phone and are well versed on their products. I misread what "included" meant in the product description and as the gentleman explained it to me I realised what it actually meant and excused myself with a quick thank you (and flushed face, hence why I don't ever go in person lol).
So, although I can't speak for the in-store experience, I can say I'm totally happy with my online order and phone support. I'm happy to have become a Music City family member 🤗 Five stars from me!
