Ryan and Jeff start off by discussing Jeff's journey into music which includes his over a decade of time spent at Phase One Studios in Toronto. Where he started off pouring coffee and grew to being a top engineer there. Then a story about what happened after ownership announced it was closing and how him working there, building relationships proved super valuable and changed his life, sending him on the road around the world.

Through passion, talent and great personal relationships in the music industry, Jeff is proof that you can do anything or go anywhere by staying true to your passions and being nice to people in the music community and saying yes when they ask for you to join them on their journey.
