Why shop by Appointment?

This allows us to allocate one of our in-house guitar experts to your specified time and date, ensuring a customized experience based on your preferences. You'll also avoid waiting while another customer tries out the gear you're interested in, which gives us ample time and space to focus on you, our valued customer.

how does it work?

It's Simple. Really!

  1. Select an instrument (or instruments) from the London Guitars Collection that you’re most interested in
  2. Select the date and time for your appointment
  3. Include a little bit of information, so we can prepare for your visit, such as; your name, email, phone number, and any special requests
  4. Click 'Book'
  5. You're good to go.

Appointments are available from Monday to Friday between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm, also on Saturdays from noon until 2:00 pm. Appointments typically range from 30-60 minutes however we wouldn't want to rush you so if you do require more time for your appointment, just let us know.
