The LoopSwitch adds true bypass switching to one or more effects.
Perhaps you have a vintage pedal that sounds incredible when its engaged, but sucks tone when it isnt. Perhaps you want to engage a chain of effects at once without tap dancing. Perhaps you need an A/B switch when you change from electric to acoustic.The LoopSwitch is a simple, compact solution for all of these situations and more.
When bypassed, the input signal passes directly to the output. Step on the footswitch and the input signal is routed to the Send jack, and the output signal is fed by the Return jack. Add one or more effects between the send and return, or connect the Send and Out jacks to different destinations for use as an A/B switch.
The switching functionality doesnt require power, but an external adapter (not included) can be connected to power the status LED. The LoopSwitch will work with any standard 2.1 mm, centre-negative adaptor from 5V - 18V DC, and draws less than 3 mA.
