Usaed MIJ Boss CE3 Analog Chorus pedal that is in very good condition and works perfectly. I believe this was originally a green label but the label has been removed, however the serial number indeed dates the pedal to August of 1987 and being made in Japan.
Please take note,....A stock vintage Boss CE-3 (Like this 1987 model,..) requires a 12-volt ACA adapter if you are plugging into the AC power jack, though it runs just fine on a 9-volt battery internally. The unit will also function with theuse of a 9 volt adaptor, however the light will not come on when the effect is engauged.
Boss CE-3 Analog Stereo Chorus is a vintage, Japanese-made analog pedal often considered an underrated alternative to the CE-2, known for its bright, "metallic" chorus and versatile stereo capabilities. It features Rate, Depth, and a Mode switch for varied wet/dry stereo setups, creating a far more affordable, classic 80s chorus sound.
