Catalinbread Cold One Fuzz/Glitch Fuzz/Distortion Pedal

Cold One from Catalinbread is a pedal that combines fuzz, distortion, and a unique glitch fuzz circuit for a huge range of tonal possibilities. Inspired by the DOD Punkifier, Catalinbread updated the design while retaining all the character of the original. Fuzz Blend and Glitch both act as blend controls; Fuzz Blend mixes between the Distortion and Fuzz circuits, while Glitch controls the balance between a more traditional Fuzz circuit and the unique Glitch Fuzz. Turn up the Gain knob to increase the effect of the Distortion circuit, or decrease it for a more subtle sound. Found nowhere on the original Punkifier, the Glitch Fuzz circuit takes your guitar tone to unexpected places with its arpeggiating, oscillating, glitching fuzz. Blend between the circuits, or if you want a particular individual sound, turning the corresponding knobs to their extremes isolates a single circuit within the signal path. The active tone knob moves the pedal's timbral focus from bright to dark without any unwanted signal loss. Whether you want distortion or fuzz of a traditional or experimental variety, Cold One from Catalinbread is a refreshing addition to your pedalboard.
