These optional colored Identification Rings by DPA, the IDR0001, can be installed simply by opening the handle and gently pulling the standard black ring towards the battery compartment. Using a fingernail to get it free from its position, remove the ring from the Transmitter.
The newly decided colored ring is installed in the opposite direction. For example, open the ring so it can slide over the battery compartment and rotate it, so that the gap in the ring is positioned at the corresponding spot on the Transmitter. Slide the ring to the right position, and it will lock into place. Close the Transmitter once completed.
