Overview of Electro-Voice RE92L - Cardioid Pattern Lavalier Microphone
The Electro-Voice RE-92L is a professional miniature lavalier condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern. The low profile, unobtrusive design enables the microphone to be easily concealed in broadcast, video and performance scenarios. The condenser element features a cardioid polar pattern, which effectively rejects off-axis signal caused by ambiance or adjacent instruments, monitor speakers, talkers, etc. The RE-92's wide frequency response and high sensitivity result in warm, transparent signal reproduction with low noise and maximum gain. The attached power module features a low-frequency roll-off switch for minimizing low frequency noise and rumble. The module features a standard 3-pin XLR output for connection to standard microphone inputs.
