The XLD291-FG is a 3-way line array element featuring CCT (Coverage Control Technology), which controls horizontal beam width to 200 Hz using DSP. It combines an 8" neodymium LF transducer, an 8" neodymium LF/MF transducer, and two neodymium 2" voice coil compression drivers through dual hydra plane wave generators into a 90° × 10° waveguide. FG models are fully weatherized with a fiberglass-coated enclosure rated IP55.

Designed for arrays of four or more elements, the XLD291-FG supports tri-amp or bi-amp operation via a sophisticated internal passive network. Integrated rigging with correctly positioned hinge points provides fast, uncompromised line array performance.
