DESCRIPTION
The Legendary Joe Strummer played guitar with an intensity that cut like a knife with raw energy and passion in every intense swipe at the strings. He was the embodiment of Punk culture and a crucial component of its development. Strummer and his bandmates in the Clash were a major part of creating punk rock and have inspired countless other bands to this day.
The Joe Strummer Signature single-coil ‘60s Telecaster pickups allow players to capture the classic Tele® twang and growl that made his songs so iconic. These Road Worn® pickups help recreate the look of a well-played vintage instrument while the Alnico 5 magnets and polysol wire bring focus and dynamics.
