Used and almost mint condition 1991 Fender "Stratocaster Plus" in and very trippy Black-Pearl Burst - high gloss finish. Complete with all it's factory original Fender parts and includes a period correct, and most likely original Fender Tweed hard shell case with plush orange interior. One original non-smoking owner and in excellent overall condition for a 35 year old guitar. Clearly cherished and well cared for. Fully restrung and set up. All ready to find a second home!!
Most unique feature of this series of strat's is the LS Series pickups. The Fender Lace Sensor single coil pickup is a guitar pickup that delivers a fatter 1970s single-coil tone with increased output and a richer midrange compared to vintage-style pickups. Very minimal playwear and almost 100% free of any paint chips or major ding's in the finish, with the exception of (2) very small dings on the lower treble side of the body. (See posted pictures), and a few even smaller marks up in the lower - side of the body in and around the strap pin area.
- Alder body with a 22 fret- one piece maple neck with a rear rosewood skunk stripe and a 9.5" radius.( Rounded Oval shaped neck profile)
- Original 6 in line brushed chrome Fender locking tuners with a brushed chrome Roller nut.
- 4 bolt chrome "F" neck plate with Fenders Neck Tilt feature included.
- Original 2 point modern style tremolo system with 6 modern style brushed chrome saddles.
- Original early Fender white "Lace Sensor" silver logo pickups connected to a 5-way blade switch mounted in to a 3 ply WBW pickguard.
- Total weight of this USED 1991 Strat Plus = 3.56 kgs (or 7.84 lbs) without the case.
