The Super Swede model was originally called the Swede Deluxe, but was renamed after a review in a British guitar magazine called it "Super Swede". Presumably as a pun on "Super Sweet". In any case, it was agreed that it was a more telling name. And although the Super Swede in the new MK3 edition looks similar to itself, it has moved up several quality classes.
