Vintage MIJ 1982 "K Yairi AR321" natural finished, solid spruce top acoustic guitar that is in very good overall condition for being a 44 year old guitar that has been played. Extremely well cared for with no cracks or history of any past crack, or structural repairs of any kind. In overall good shape for its age but does indeed show some quite light cosmetic playwear that can be expected with any played-in instrument of this age. There are some scratches and dings on the body just above the soundhole area and the lower bout of the top, but most notably issues on the back of the instrument where there is a quite sizeable scratch that can be clearly seen in one the posted pictures. I gotta say though,.. The big V shaped scratch on the back of the body looks a lot worse in the picture than it does in person. Its really stands out on the pic because its so well lit up so we could get a clear shot of it. But as stated,..No cracks or past crack repairs of any kind anywhere else on the guitar. 20 narrow-tall fret, set mahogany neck with an un-bound rosewood fretboard,..(16" Fretboard radius). A full 25.5" scale length with a 1.69" nut width and a solid rosewood bridge. Great player that sounds absolutely wonderful. Full and rich lows and chrystal clear bright high end tones. Fully set up and includes a black nylon acoustic guitar gig bag.
- Handmade in Kani Japan, 1982 at the K Yairi workshop.
