The aluminum shell gives and synthetic head produce a bright tone that really cuts. The aluminum rims help produce sharp rim shots that really help bring out the accents and big hits.
The steel wires have excellent response at all dynamic levels and will not max out when played loud and the adjustable throw-offswitch lets you find the perfect tension of these wires every time you play.
