Curbside Pickup: In Stock items are available for in-store or curbside pickup with our Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and then complete your purchase. Within an hour you will receive a notification (during regular business hours) that your order is ready to be picked up. Local Delivery - Music City Canada provides local delivery within 20Km of the London Ontario store location to better support our Music City Family Members in the fastest and most efficient way we know how. Please be sure to provide your cell number during checkout. The driver will text message your cell number to confirm you are at the delivery address listed on the order. If the driver cannot reach out they may decide to delay delivery until they confirm you are at the location. Local delivery attempts, once confirmed by text are only made once at no charge. A missed delivery can be picked up at the store or curbside at the warehouse. If you enjoy this local delivery service, please let us and everyone know by leaving us a google and/or facebook review.
Online Return Policy:
Regular stock items may be exchanged once or returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Items that are final sale and not subject to return are any Special Order items, Used items, Consignment items, Computer Software, products that have software with them that has been registered, Harmonicas, Earplugs & any items that are inserted into your ears such as in-ear monitors or earbuds.
Used, non-consignment items carry a 30 day defect warranty.
All online returns & exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the condition of the item & packaging returned. If packaging is missing or packaging & item(s) are heavily damaged the restocking charge could increase or a return could be unavailable.
If your shipment included free shipping, that amount will be deducted from the amount being refunded.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless otherwise approved by Music City Canada staff in which case a shipping label on our account will be provided. Shipments shipped back collect will be refused.
Guidelines:

Overview of Radial Catapult TX4M 4-Channel for Microphone Signal Routing over Cat5/6 (Transmitter)
The Catapult Mini is a compact passive audio snake that allows you to send four channels of analog audio over standard Cat 5 or Cat 6 Ethernet cable.
The Catapult TX4 and RX4 act like a typical four-channel analog audio snake; they allow you to send mic or line-level signals from one location to another without signal loss, noise, or interference, and without any digital audio conversion needed. What makes the Catapult system unique is that it utilizes Cat 5 Ethernet cable, which is widely available, lightweight, and economical. Simply connect a shielded Cat 5 cable between any two Catapult modules and they will use the analog conductors in the cable to deliver four balanced audio lines to any destination.
Catapult modules require no power to operate, and since they keep the signal in the analog realm, no digital conversion is necessary. Straight-wire connection from the XLRs to the RJ45 connector on a Cat 5 cable ensures that your audio passes through without coloration or distortion.
As many buildings are already pre-wired for Cat 5, you can take advantage of this to transmit audio between distant rooms without the need to install or supply new cabling. This eliminates the need for bulky and expensive multi-channel audio cable, and allows contractors to benefit from installed network cable and easily connect from one room to another.
All of the Radial Catapult modules are compatible with each other, and each is sold individually, so you can select whichever combination best suits your needs. The Catapult RX4 and TX4 can be used together as a pair, creating a 4-channel audio snake. However, if you need transformer isolation to prevent hum and buzz when splitting audio signals, two additional models of Catapults are available. The TX4L and RX4L have line level isolation transformers for splitting playback tracks or outputs to amp racks, while the TX4M and RX4M can be employed when splitting mic signals on stage. Use any combination of these six models, along with the compact Catapult Mini RX and TX to create a custom snake designed for your unique application.
