2011 model Roland GR55 Guitar floor model synthesizer that is in excellent condition. Includes it's original Roland PSB-1U Power supply. This used Roland GR55 is a version 1 and is an early production run unit made in January of 2011. Complete with add bonus of a Roland GK-3 Mountable Synth Pickup.

Introduced in 2011, the Roland GR-55 is a powerful floor-based guitar and bass synthesizer. It uses a 13-pin GK-compatible pickup to combine Roland's COSM modeling technology with two PCM synth engines. It allows users to blend up to four sound sources simultaneously with zero tracking latency.

Sound Engine & Technology

• Triple-Core Engine: Features two PCM synthesizer engines and one COSM modeling engine.
• PCM Tones: Houses over 910 onboard sounds (pianos, organs, strings, vintage synths, brass, and percussion).
• COSM Modeling: Includes 23 guitar models and 17 bass models, letting users emulate various electric, acoustic, and synth guitars.
• Simultaneous Tones: Combines 2 PCM tones, 1 COSM instrument tone, and the guitar's original normal pickup tone for massive sonic layering.

• Display: 240 x 64 dot graphic LCD.
• Footswitches: 4 patch switches, an expression pedal, and a dedicated control (CTL) switch.
• EZ-Edit / Sound Styles: Built-in editing features designed to quickly find and tweak preset categories (LEAD, RHYTHM, OTHER)

I/O (Inputs & Outputs)

• GK IN: 13-pin DIN connector for the Roland GK-3 (or compatible) divided pickup.
• Audio Outs: 1/4" OUTPUT L/MONO and R jacks, plus a 1/4" GUITAR OUT jack (useful if you want to bypass the synth engine and send the guitar's raw signal directly to your amp).
• MIDI: Standard 5-pin DIN IN and OUT.
• USB: Rear-panel USB port for Audio/MIDI computer connection, and a side-panel USB memory port.
