The MVX2U Gen 2 is a high-performance, single-channel XLR-to-USB-C interface designed to streamline recording and streaming setups on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. It combines advanced digital audio processing with a compact design, delivering clean, consistent audio with any connected XLR microphone.

Powered via USB-C to minimize cable clutter, the MVX2U Gen 2’s pocket-sized form factor supports direct plug-on connection to XLR microphones or inline use with an XLR cable. It provides up to +60 dB of gain and 48V phantom power for dynamic and condenser microphones, and includes a 3.5 mm headphone jack for zero-latency monitoring.

The MVX2U Gen 2 integrates MOTIV voice isolation technologies — including Auto Level Mode, Real-Time Denoiser, and Digital Popper Stopper™ — bringing cutting-edge audio processing features to any XLR microphone. This ensures clean, consistent capture even in less-than-ideal acoustic environments.

Users can manage settings on desktop, smartphone, or tablet via USB-C using the MOTIV Mix, MOTIV Audio, and MOTIV Video apps. You can activate audio processing and customize tone, EQ, compression, and limiter settings to suit professional or enthusiast needs.

• Plug-and-play recording or streaming with an XLR microphone. Instantly convert any dynamic or condenser XLR mic for professional podcasting or livestreaming. Provides up to +60 dB of clean gain and 48V phantom power — ample gain for low-sensitivity mics like the SM7B and phantom power for condenser microphones.

• Mobile- and tablet-friendly design allows you to move your work in progress across devices and create on tablet or phone.

• Plug-on or inline connection options enable flexible setups with minimal cable clutter when connecting an XLR mic to supported devices.
