Local Delivery (in London, Ontario): We are pleased to provide you with our same-day local delivery option for residents of London, Ontario, Canada. Curbside Pickup: In Stock items are available for in-store or curbside pickup with our Local Pickup option. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout and then complete your purchase. Within an hour you will receive a notification (during regular business hours) that your order is ready to be picked up. Service/Repair: We will continue to service and repair your gear. We are also available for guitar setups. Please contact us either by calling the store, or email repairs@musiccitycanada.com to schedule a drop-off appointment. When you drop off your equipment, you'll need to call the store to let us know you're here. We will meet you in the parking lot and will sanitize your equipment both on drop-off and pick-up.
Rentals: If you are in need of rental equipment, rest assured we can help you out! Please call the store to book your rental. We will process all paperwork and payment previous to the rental date, and we can either make the gear available at our curb-side pickup location, or we also offer delivery services for all rental gear. Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada. International rates will be estimated at checkout. (see below for exclusions)
Same-Day Local Delivery - We offer same-day local delivery within the London, Ontario area. Minimum $20 order for this service. Delivery can be worked out for "out of town" addresses. We'll contact you after you've placed your order with any issues.
Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, either online or in-store, you can return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Some restrictions apply. A restocking charge may apply depending on the condition of both the product and packaging, and will be determined at time of return. All original packaging contents and accessories must be included in the return. For online orders, all returns must be authorized in advance by our online sales team. Refunds for both in-store and online returns will be processed to the initial payment method used.
All "consumable products" (i.e. guitar strings, fluids, lamps/bulbs, tape, raw cable, needles/stylus, and other expendable items) can be returned with 7 days of the purchase date, provided that they are returned in the exact same condition they left in (unopened, sealed) and include any and all accessories that were included. Parts, software, and special order items are final sale and are ineligible for return.
Music City reserves the right to deny a return if the product is returned with damaged or missing packaging and/or accessories, damage to the product, or if you have done two or more consecutive returns in a less than 30 day period.
On Used & Consignment Items: Unless otherwise noted, items marked as used or consignment are considered final sale and are exempt from Music City Canada’s 30-day return policy. All used and consignment items are as pictured and are inspected and tested in-house before they ship. Buyers have 7 days upon confirmed delivery of the item(s) to report any issues/defects for either repair or return.
Shipping Policy - Music City is proud too offer free standard ground shipping on most Canadian online orders over $99 (CAD). With no duty or customs fees within Canada, you can be sure that there are no hidden costs or surprised at delivery. All shipments leave our facility with a signature required at delivery to ensure the security of the package.
